More Excellent Way Ministries mission, is to train "challenged youth" to reach their full potential and lead full, meaningful and productive lives through the development of Christ Consciousness. After training in the Gospel of Christ, we send our skilled and gifted youth, back into their own communities to spread the message of Kingdom Living and help alleviate hopelessness in their streets, schools, neighborhoods and communities. Our youth come from broken homes recovery groups, and detention centers. Our mission is to help them heal and become productive members of our society.

Neva James is the founder and spiritual leader of More Excellent Way Ministries. She raised her children on the Gospel of Christ and finds deep personal fulfillment in following a call to serve others. Among her many duties and responsibilities in her spiritual calling, she offers online videos to help meet the spiritual needs of her viewers. Ms. James is active in her community interacting with the homeless and other vulnerable community members in an effort to give them hope and strengthen their faith while also supporting them in overcoming adverse living conditions through her community programs. Ms. James organizes charitable activities and events. She leads bible study groups, develops new programs, visits shut-ins, minister to the youth and plan mission trips. More Excellent Way Ministries provides community services, counseling, evangelism, prayer services, social action, teaching, preaching and home visitations in the service of Christ.

PROGRAM SPECIALIST
Our program Specialist coordinates all aspects of More Excellent Way Ministries multiple programs and oversees each program's funding, execution, staff, budget and goals from start to finish. Our Specialist plans and implements our grant programs, prepares our budgets, research funding opportunities, supervises our grant staff, monitors expenditures, identifies support agencies, tracks results, analyzes financial data and generates our reports.

SECRETARY
The Secretary for More Excellent Way Ministries, oversees the operation of the office and assists Ms. James and staff with administrative duties and responsibilities that include answering phones, managing schedules, filing, and processing paperwork involved with the community Programs and Services offered by More Excellent Way Ministries.
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Our Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing More Excellent way content on all of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Our goal is to grow an audience, build awareness, and ultimately attract people to the Christ Consciousness through More Excellent Way Ministries Community Outreach.
The James Family has dedicated their lives in service to Christ, and the James Children Trent, Mia, and Kim were raised on Christ Principles. Their life experiences as young adults in todays society, provides first-hand knowledge and critical insight into what is needed for a successful Youth Programs. We believe it is our responsibility to engage in ministry with and for our youth, and to benefit from their ministry to us, and the world.
